7:48 AM IST, 10:18 PM Local Time: That’s it! The match has been called off due to persistent rain at Arnos Vale Ground, and Australia Women have been declared winners by 40 runs under the DLS method. A complete dominance from the Aussies as they complete a clean sweep of the three-match T20I series.
Earlier, Australia Women posted a massive 211/7 at the end of their 20 overs, powered by a stunning century from Georgia Voll and a quick cameo from Sophie Molineux (25). After losing Beth Mooney early and Phoebe Litchfield for 15, Voll took charge, guiding Australia to 65/2 in the powerplay and bringing up a brisk half-century off 28 balls. She found support from Ellyse Perry, and later Nicola Carey, with whom she added a crucial 62-run stand.
Voll continued her dominant display, smashing her maiden T20I hundred in just 52 balls, finishing with a brilliant 101 off 53 deliveries. Australia accelerated in the death overs, adding 66 runs in the final five overs. For West Indies, Hayley Matthews (3/29) was the standout performer, but the bowlers struggled to contain the scoring.
In reply, West Indies got off to a shaky start as Megan Schutt struck on the second ball of the innings, removing Qiana Joseph for a silver duck. Australia maintained the pressure, dismissing Eboni Brathwaite (18) and Jannillea Glasgow (1) inside the powerplay to reduce the hosts to 33/3, with Ellyse Perry and debutant Lucy Hamilton picking up a wicket each in the process.
Deandra Dottin (14*) then joined Hayley Matthews (30*) in the middle, and the pair began a rebuilding effort. While they managed to hold their wickets, they struggled to score at a brisk rate and put pressure on the Australian bowlers. At the end of 10 overs, the hosts were 61/3 when rain arrived right after the drinks break, bringing play to a halt.

Georgia Voll (Player of the Match): "[On her knock tonight] It was an enjoyable innings. One thing is that I'm not thinking too much when I'm playing my best. Enjoyed playing with the girls. Played with the fearless intent today and happy to get the win.
[On playing through the innings] I'm working on it. It showed the other night. Got out trying to do something extra. It was obviously nice to float a bit and set the innings up for a big total.
[Is this her best international knock?] It's quite right there. T20 international hundreds are hard to get by. Pleased to get it here."

Alana King (Player of the Series): "[What does this award mean to you?] Oh, I’m just very, very happy to be here and play my role for Australia. To get the opportunity to do it in a T20 series over here is something I’m really grateful for, and I’m pretty pumped about it.
[Advice for young spinners?] I think it’s about backing yourself, and having the support of the whole team behind you is just as important. When you’ve got the ball in your hand, you’re in control, so you’ve got to enjoy every moment. You know the batters will come hard at you and try to score boundaries, but you have to take that in your stride and embrace the contest. I love having the ball in my hand, and hopefully I can continue to make a big impact for the team.
[On contest with Hayley Matthews] Absolutely. Hayley is a great player, and we’ve played a lot against each other, both in franchise cricket and internationally. She’s a batter who can hit you to all parts of the ground, so it’s always a great challenge bowling to her."
