Tejasvi Dahiya (South Delhi Superstarz Captain): "(On taking revenge after losing to CDK in the league stages) Sir, that was an evening game but this one was a day game. So, we were confident that if we bowl in the right areas and keep picking up wickets, it will benefit us.
(What were the plans against the CDK batters?) Well, we kept our plans pretty simple. We had planned to target the weak areas of the batters and luckily they got out. All the bowlers executed really well.
(On his own fielding effort today despite struggling with cramps) Sir, it was needed for the team. So, I definitely had to do it.
(Is he feeling better now after going off the field because of cramps?) We have to see that (laughs)."

They looked unbeatable for the best part of the league phase, and the case wasn't too different going into today's game; for quite a while in the run-chase, the Central Delhi Kings were in the driver's seat as well. But they were playing against a South Delhi Superstarz, a team that just knows how to fight and get things done. They did exactly that, first pacing their innings well enough thanks to half-centuries from Anmol Sharma and skipper Tejasvi Dahiya, and then with the ball, their frontline fast bowlers, Anshuman Hooda and Divansh Rawat, brought them back for good in the last five overs.
