OUT!!! Wood finishes all in style. Morgan's men end with a victory and we will surely see them in the knockout stages. Fuller delivery in the middle, Sodhi looks to flick this one but he has missed it and it hits his pads. Wook appeals for this and the Umpire raises his fingers.

NIKHIL: So, we are done here with London Spirit winning it by 17 runs.

London Spirit started a bit cautiously as they scored 41 for the loss of 1 wicket in the first set of 25 deliveries. Bell-Drummond and Rossington started well as they scored 41 for the first wicket partnership. Ben McDermott played a good cameo of 32 runs. Dan Lawrence was the standout batter as he scored 43 runs.

For Welsh Fire, Ish Sodhi took a couple of wickets. While Cobb, Ball, and Pretorius took a wicket each.

In reply to the target set by the Spirits, Welsh started in a dodgy manner losing 1 wicket in the first set of 25 deliveries and scoring just 21 runs.

Poor run for Clarke continued as he departed on a score of 9. Cobb, Bethell, and Miller couldn’t last long either as they all fell short to Lawrence. Duckett played a good inning of 34 runs. Critchley gave them a little bit of hope but he too perished on 21 of just 7 deliveries.

For London Spirit, Dan Lawrence and Chris Wood took 4 wickets each today. Thompson took a wicket too.

Welsh Fire fails to win a game of cricket yet again. London Spirits wins this game with ease and they have almost qualified for the Knockout stage having played six and won 5.

Daniel Lawerence | Hero of the Match: "It was about absorbing pressure initially, and then hopefully at the end we try to catch up and we did. The surface was a bit sticky but as you got in things became easier. Taking wickets was nice for me, it was not something I usually do but I'm happy to contribute to the victory. It's nice to be back."
EOIN MORGAN | London Spirit Skipper. "I suppose you can never count the Opponent out of the game. Critchley was reminding us of the World cup where we gave away 24 in the last over. With the short side on the one end, anything could have been possible. It was completely because of the situation that I gave Dan Lawrence the full quota of 20 deliveries. The camp is relaxed with a huge amount of transparency. Pollard will be a big miss but Inglish will replace him. Youngsters are jelling up with the coaching staff really well and that's reflected in the results we are putting up."

This is it from the live coverage of this game with London Spirit winning it by 17 runs. That’s it for today from myself Nikhil Kalla alongside my co-commentator Anirudh with our scorer/analyst Chandan Kr Singh. See you soon again with more games to follow till then stay safe.
