Rohit Sharma (India Captain): "Yeah absolutely, very satisfying. To win this game, we worked really hard to come through this stage.
I thought we adapted well to the conditions. The conditions were challenging, we had to adapt and that has been our success story. If the bowlers and batters play according to the conditions, things fall in place. Very pleasing to see how we fared in this game.
At one stage we were looking at 140-150 and then as the game went onto we got some partnerships, me and Surya. I can set the target in my mind but I can't tell the batters. They are all instinctive players, we bat well, we play the conditions well. We got to 170 which I thought was a good score on that pitch.
I thought they are gun spinners and when the conditions help, they exactly know what to bowl. They just tried to hit the stumps as much as they can.
Look, he (Virat Kohli) is a quality player, any player can go through that. Form is never a problem when you play for 15 years. I guess he is saving it for the final. Obviously we will (when asked if he will back Kohli for the final despite his low scores).
I do understand the occasion but it is important for us to keep calm. In this game, we were very steady, we didn't panic and that is what we want to do in the finals as well.
We will try our best, all I can say is we want to put up another show in the final."
