Shimron Hetmyer (POTM): "Honestly speaking, it's a testament to my support system. My wife really pulled me through after yesterday. She was really there for me, and we prayed about it. She said I can do something for the team. I'm happy that I could actually do something for the team this time.
Honestly, I was trying to give myself a couple of balls more. I had three ducks in a row. So, I was trying to get a single first, not to go for big shots in a row. But after that, I was trying to play my strong shots for as long as possible. As the game progressed, I just tried to hit as many boundaries as I possibly could towards the end.
It's always nice playing at home. Hopefully, in a few days' time, we can come again and replicate the same performance. I thought the ball was going to go over my head for six. So, I'm happy that I actually got my balance right, turned back, and caught it to complete it cleanly.
It's always nice to have two chances. Nice to be finishing in the top two. The job is not over yet; it's only now beginning. We won't take it easy. We have some crucial games to go. So we're trying to play as few games as possible. We're just taking it one game at a time, and it starts with the St Lucia Kings in Qualifier 1. We will go back, relax a bit and have a game plan and come back. I'm looking forward to that."
