Tilak Varma (POTM): "Yeah, it was a bit of a pressure situation. I just wanted to stay in the wicket and finish the game. They were bowling well with change in pace, but I was just trying to keep calm and finish the game for my country.
It was an absolutely fantastic knock by Sanju Samson, the way Dube batted under pressure was really helpful for me and for the country.
You know, we have prepared for every situation. I was prepared to bat at any order. I was backing my game and worked hard. On wickets like these, when it was slightly slower. I have discussed with Gauti sir as well on how to rotate the strike, it came good on a big moment.
It is one of the best innings in my life. I only want to say, Chak de India."

Getting into this team after winning a World Cup wasn't easy for any opener. We had a plan, that we have to play in a certain way and show intent from the first ball. I worked really hard for that. You need a special coach and captain to play like that. My plan was pretty clear, if I play an impactful knock, my team should win.
If you play like that, you will get a few failures. That is the time to realise that if you play like this, you will win games for your team.
If you see, I had a plan. If I get spinners in the powerplay, I am going to utilise that. If you see, any of the fast bowler, any of the premium fast bowler (chuckles), if they come, I had a plan that I will go from first ball. It gives the team an impact and that is what I wanted."
