Sobhana Mostary also didn’t trouble the scorers and departed without scoring any runs. Murshida was then joined by skipper Nigar Sultana in the middle. The duo added 57 runs for the third wicket before Murshida was dismissed for 20 of 27 balls. After the fall of the third wicket Fahima Khatun came into bat and provided a valiant support to the skipper to build the innings. She scored 27 of 21 balls before getting dismissed, while Nigar Sultana remained not out on 62 of 63 balls and helped her team to post a total of 126/4 in 20 overs.

The bowlers did a terrific job but we looked to keep them down to 110. Then Beth played well for her fifty. (About the pitch) Although there is little for the bowlers but it’s a great T20 wicket, good for batting. If it remains such, we can also put up good scores in the World Cup ahead."
