ENGW won by 9 wickets
1:25 AM IST, 8:55 PM Local Time | England Women cruise their away to a 9 wicket victory over West Indies Women! They have taken an unassailable 2-0 lead in this 3 match T20I series!

England Women won the toss and elected to field first, and they put on a fantastic bowling performance led by Emily Arlott's 3/14 from 4 overs and with the support of Lauren Bell's 3/28 and the rest of the bowling unit, England Women restricted West Indies Women to just 81/9 runs in their 20 overs.

Shemaine Campbelle was the top scorer for West Indies with 26 runs off 36 balls and Shabika Gajnabi was the only other batter to enter double digits for West Indies with 22 runs off 29 balls.

Come the chase, West Indies Women had hope when Zaida James dismissed Dani Wyatt-Hodge for a golden duck! But Nat Sciver-Brunt and Sophia Dunkley ensured that England Women did not lose any further wickets and chased down the target with ease in 9.2 overs.

Nat Sciver-Brunt led from the front with an unbeaten 55 runs from 30 balls, and Dunkley stayed unbeaten at the other end with 24 runs off 25 balls!

Overall, it was a very disappointing match for Hayley Matthews and co. and with the T20I series now gone, they will focus on putting up a good performance in the final T20I and the ODIs to come. England Women meanwhile will be filled with confidence after this performance and will look to whitewash the visitors in the next T20I!
Time for the post match presentation ceremony..
Player of the Match: Emily Louise Arlott
Emily Arlott (Player of the Match): "Obviously it is kind of a dream start for my career for England. Happy that the team is back on winning ways. It was a very different role tonight than the last game. But that is how T20 goes.

We wanted to try seam today upfront. It went well. I feel in T20, whoever adapts to the conditions quickly wins the game. The wicket was not that easy. Everybody was on it today. The mood in the camp is great. It is a great group of girls."
Hayley Matthews (West Indies Women Captain): "A bit disappointing, we are obviously missing our seasoned campaigners. It's a lot to ask from the girls but we will try to compete better and see how we go in the next one.

I think we just need to keep encouraging the team, we're asking the girls to play 30-40 domestic games and then it's going to be difficult to come to this level and produce magic. We just have to keep making sure that they are having fun while playing.

100%, it's always a steep learning curve and they are going to learn from the mistakes and we are going to learn together."
Nat Sciver-Brunt (England Women captain): "Happy days. The bowlers set up the game beautifully today. It is a dream. Wanted to try something different today. Em (Emily Arlott) got a wicket in her first over and never really looked back.

Happy to have got runs. My innings lasted 2 balls in the last match. Here I scored a boundary right away. That is how cricket goes. We are setting ourselves high standards in the fielding department. We are not going to take the next game lightly."
