Chasing 83, Tigers lost their opener on the very first ball. Dasun Shanaka and Kusal Perera then took the onus on themselves for the chase. The former departed after playing few shots.
Kusal Perera continued his onslaught and played a sensational innings of 33 runs from 15 balls before getting out. Shevon Daniel ensured that there were no hiccups in the chase and got his side over the line with 7 wickets remaining and 17 balls to spare.
