Outer Delhi won the toss and elected to bowl first and did a tremendous job to pull things back after the North Delhi side were off to a flying start. Yash Bhatia top scored with 53 off 38 balls, Kaushal Suman hit 33 as NDS finished with 166/7. Harsh Tyagi was brilliant as an allrounder picking up 3/15 in his 4 overs and then scoring an unbeaten half century in the 2nd innings.
10:55 PM IST, Local Time: The North Delhi Strikers finish their season with a 39-run victory over the qualified Outer Delhi Warriors at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Kotla, Delhi! Fantastic work from the entire bowling lineup to defend the 166-run total.
Siddhant Sharma (Outer Delhi Warriors' Captain): "[On the result] We bowled well to restrict them to 166, but our batting collapsed, and that was disappointing.

[On the conditions today] The conditions were good today; there was no dew, and the ball was gripping well. They bowled well.

[On the bowling unit] Our bowling unit has performed well throughout the tournament. We have defended all kinds of totals, and we are satisfied with their performance.

[On Priyansh Arya's form] He is a big player and needs 1 match to come back. The day he plays 3-4 overs well, he will win the match on his own and come back into form. I'm not worried about his form."
Time for the post match presentation ceremony..
Sarthak Ranjan (North Delhi Strikers' Captain): "[On the season] We are disappointed that we did not qualify. We could have played the finals, but we could not click as a group. Two of our matches were close, too, but we will try to do better in the future.

[On his individual performance] I am grateful to God, and I am happy to have the Orange Cap with me. I am happy I could perform for my team, but disappointed that we did not qualify. The team also gets a boost that the Orange Cap is with me, and I am grateful for these small moments.

[On the moment with Dhull] My nature is like that; Yash Dhull is an exceptional player. I knew he was going to overtake me in that match, and that's why, out of goodwill, I gave him the Orange Cap during that match."
Player of the Match: Parnit Tiwari
Parnit Tiwari (Player of the Match): [his feelings] "Feeling really good to finally pick up 2 key wickets after 2 matches.

[on the chat with captain] Sarthak was confident about me which boosted my confidence as well.

[on his favorite wicket] Priyansh Arya."
The North Delhi Strikers finish their season on a winning note despite failing to qualify for the playoffs. A 39-run win against the strong Outer Delhi Warriors.
