Sophie Devine (New Zealand Women Captain): "Look, I thought South Africa played a really good game. They learned from yesterday's mistakes and batted well. I thought we missed a couple of opportunities in the field, but in saying that, I thought we were well set up at the halfway mark. I think it was very similar to yesterday's game. We just couldn't get across the line. And I thought that was down to their fantastic death bowling.
Look, I think it was maybe fractionally sharp, but slower, but you'd expect that with it being a second-day wicket. But again, that was very similar to what the game was yesterday and we won. So I think you can't take credit away from South Africa for the way they bowled there. So I think it's a fair result with today's game. There are some positives.
Suzie is an absolute legend, not just of the game here in New Zealand, but around the world. And to achieve 4000 international T 20 runs is pretty special and we'll really celebrate that. It's something that doesn't happen too often."
