I definitely would have batted first β here in Colombo, itβs simple: you bat first. But we have a strong bowling attack that can make it count, and overall, we were pretty impressive tonight.

Deepak: Bangladesh have now won two away T20I series under the leadership of Litton Das β the only captain to achieve this milestone for Bangladesh. The first came against the West Indies in the 2024/25 season, where Bangladesh clean-swept the hosts in a three-match series. The second came in this series against Sri Lanka, where they outclassed the hosts 2-1.
