Deepak: That’s the end of the 21st Hundred’s game between Northern Superchargers vs Manchester Originals. Where Manchester Originals defeated Northern Superchargers by  23 runs. A complete entertaining game of cricket as both teams batted really well but Originals Laughed the final laugh. This was a death track for the bowlers to bowl.

Earlier Manchester Originals batted brilliantly throughout the innings and scored a mountain of runs as they scored 208 runs at the loss of 5 wickets in 100 balls.

Superchargers came out to chase down 209 runs and skipper Faf started their inning with a cracking boundary but the skipper didn’t stay long and departed scoring just 6 runs off 6 balls on the 13th ball of the match. Adam Lyth was striking the ball brilliantly but didn’t stay long on the crease and departed scoring 46 runs off 24 balls and was joined by Harry Brook on the very next ball as Brook goes for a golden duck. They were struggling at 76 for 2 in 42 balls.

Adam Hose took the charge in the middle for the Superchargers and started hitting the balls for boundaries and sixes and scored his half-century in just 23 balls, and David Wiese joined the party as well and the duo was destroying the bowler. But Adam Hose departed scoring 59 runs off just 27 balls and was soon joined by David Wiese who played a cameo of 25 runs off 13 balls.

The Superchargers were only able score184   runs and fell short by 23 runs.

On the other hand, Paul Walter was the pick of the bowler as he picks up 3 wickets giving away 27 runs in 20 balls. Joshua Little picked up a couple of wickets, and  Russell and Hartley shared one wicket each.

Hero of the Match | Phil Salt: "We know coming here it's a good wicket, I made the move up North just this year to find out how good the wicket is, and Laurie played really well too. It's all about how many balls you get strike to your match up, today was one of the days where we got more strike against them. As a keeper, you've got the best view of everything and I think Laurie and I did very well today, the victory was very important, we are peaking at the right time, we have got nothing to lose and long may this continue."
That's the wrap from our side as well. Thank you for joining us from all around the globe. This is Deepak Prakash signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Anirudh along with our scorer Paras. Do join us for the other fixtures across the globe. Ta-Ta, Bye-Bye.
