A right-arm medium-pace bowler, Maham Tariq is a Pakistani female cricketer who is known for her accurate line and length.
Tariq made her Women’s ODI debut in 2014 against Australia in 2014, and in the same year was included in Pakistan playing XI for their T20I game against the same opposition.
Post-2017, Tariq was axed from the national squad due to her poor form in white-ball cricket. However, she roared back and was added to Pakistan 'A' squad for their series against West Indies A.
A wily pace bowler, Tariq had gone through a difficult phase post her exclusion from the national squad in 2017, but she made a strong comeback. Now in the prime of her career, she’ll look to capitalise on the opportunities and will look to cement a permanent place in the national squad.
