Bharti Fulmali is a right-handed batter and a right-arm medium-pacer from Amravati, Maharashtra. She was born on October 11, 1994. She represents Gujarat Giants in the Women’s Premier League (WPL) and the Vidharbha Women’s team domestically.

Growing up in the streets of Amravati, Fulmali won glory in local and school tournaments. At 13, she kicked off her professional career, leading to her senior debut at just 17. Her early exposure to cricket laid a strong foundation for her future endeavors.

The middle-order batter has played most of her domestic cricket with the Vidharbha Women’s cricket team, elevating the team’s performance across age groups. In the 2018–19 Senior Women’s Challenger Trophy, Fulmali was chosen for the India Blue team, marking a significant advancement in her career.

She was nothing short of extraordinary during the season, scoring 114 runs in three games at a strike rate of 70.81 and an incredible average of 57.00. In the end, she became the season's second-highest run scorer. Her ability to anchor the innings and play in line with the team's expectations was highlighted by her best score of 69.

The hard-hitting batter was included in the India Women's T20I squad for a T20 series against England Women in February 2019, marking her first call-up to the national team's squad. Along with Komal Zanzad, she was one of the first players from Vidharnha to be selected for the national team, making this selection historic for her.

On March 7, 2019, Fulmali made her series debut at Guwahati's Barsapara Cricket Stadium. Despite scoring 23 runs in two games, with her top score being 18, she was unable to have the finest debut. These figures may seem low by her standards, but she earned enough exposure and experience to bounce back stronger.

As they say, luck favors warriors. In March 2024, Fulmali was called up to the Gujarat Giants squad to replace Harleen Deol. She was able to solidify her middle-order position thanks to this opportunity. She participated in three games throughout the season, scoring 64 runs at an average of 32.00 with a remarkable strike rate of 120.75. Her 42-run innings against the Delhi Capitals on their home field was her most notable effort, demonstrating her capacity to make a substantial contribution under duress.

She is renowned for playing calmly, anchoring the innings, and adapting to the situation. Although she excels at batting, she is also a good right-arm medium-pacer bowler. All things considered, her fielding improves the team's worth, and her reliable play makes her a flexible player. Morever, she would look to showcase her prowess while playing as a mainstay for Gujarat in WPL 2025.
