Born in Delhi, Tejasvi Dahiya grew up in an academically inclined household. He began his cricketing journey at the well-known LB Shastri Cricket Club in Delhi, a nursery for several international cricketers. Balancing academics and sport, he pursued his studies at Delhi University while steadily building his cricketing career.

Inspired by aggressive players, Tejasvi Dahiya modelled his batting on Virender Sehwag’s fearless style while also admiring the composure of MS Dhoni behind the stumps.

Tejasvi Dahiya’s Domestic Career

Tejasvi Dahiya’s domestic journey has been built on consistent performances across age groups and local leagues, gradually paving the way for him into Delhi’s senior setup. He first caught attention in junior cricket, notably with back-to-back centuries in the Cooch Behar Trophy, which highlighted his ability to dominate bowling attacks at a young age.

Dahiya made a sensational entry into List A cricket during the 2024 Vijay Hazare Trophy. On debut against Tripura, he smashed a brilliant 114 off just 78 balls, immediately announcing himself as a player to watch.

His T20 career is where he has truly made his mark. He rose to prominence in the 2025 Delhi Premier League, where he played for South Delhi Superstarz and emerged as one of the most destructive batters in the tournament.
