Raghvi Anand Bist, a right-handed batter and right-arm medium-pace bowler, represents RCB (Royal Challengers Bengaluru) in the WPL (Women’s Premier League) 2025. Bist was born on October 11, 2004, in Changora village of Uttarakhand. She quickly established herself as a gifted all-arounder in Uttarakhand, earning a berth on the women's squad.

Bist’s parents' overseas commitments didn't hinder her love for the game, as her passion for cricket flourished after every ball she faced and she bowled. She admires Rohit Sharma in particular. At an early age, her dedication to the sport was apparent, and she quickly became involved with the Uttrakhand women's squad.

In the 2020-21 Senior Women’s One Day Trophy, Bist announced herself on a bigger stage. Her List-A debut came in March 2021 against Assam. She made her T20 debut against Manipur in the 2019-20 Senior Women’s T20 Trophy. After scoring a jaw-dropping double-century (219 of 154) against the Nagaland U19 Women’s team, she became the third overall player, after Smriti Mandhana and Jemimah Rodrigues, to smash a double-century.

She continued impressing everyone through the ranks. She later went on to notch a well-controlled match-winning innings of 71 runs from 51 balls in the 2024 Women's Challenger Trophy final, representing India E.

She earned a position in the India A squad for the August 2024 tour of Australia, thanks to her steady stint. In three innings, Bist scored 205 runs, demonstrating her batting prowess and confirming the selectors' belief in her. She finished as the top run scorer with three straight fifties, including a game-winning 53 knock in the third one-dayer.

Her selection as a non-travelling reserve for the 2024 Women's T20 World Cup was one of her most significant accomplishments. Her patience paid off when she received her maiden call-up to the national team for the T20I series against the West Indies in December 2024. Her debut was at DY Patil Stadium in December 2024. With an unbeaten knock of 31 runs in her subsequent game, she demonstrated her abilities and helped India to a commanding total and win the series.

However, the only stamp missing on her career book was a WPL contract and all of her well-wishers, fans, family, and herself were anticipating it. In the Mini-Auction held in December 2024, she was included in the team of the defending champions RCB on her base value of 10 lakh. Bist made her WPL debut against Gujarat Gaints (GG) in the WPL 2025 season. She contributed to a strong partnership with Ellyse Perry and played a mature, vital, and significant innings of 25 runs.

Bist proved her capability to anchor an inning and accelerate when needed. Her bowling adds options to the squad. Raghavi Bist stands as a beacon of potential in Indian Women’s cricket. She is poised to make significant contributions to her national and league team.
