Mokit Hariharan (POTM): "[What was different in his batting today?] Actually, after the last season I worked on my power hitting. Happy it worked out well today. 

[On batting with Narayan Jagadeesan] It was a lot of fun batting with Jagadeesan. He told me to enjoy myself. He is also giving me a lot of inputs in our partnership and that made it a lot easier for me."

Narayan Jagadeesan (Chepauk Super Gillies Captain): "[On his consistency with the bat] I mean, it is just about the process, and it is about how you try and execute and stay as clear as possible. As you said, there is a lot of credit that needs to be given to the way Mokit played and right from the first ball he was at his best.

[Any special plans against Madurai who were the only unbeaten side?] It is a T20 game and on that particular day who is going to play well, you never know. The better team will win. [On bowling only 4 overs of spin] I think, on this wicket I felt that when the spinners were bowling it was skidding through and it was a lot easier for the batters to go after the spinners.
