After a 43-run opening stand inside the powerplay, the wickets started to tumble. Mohammad Imran Jr. was the one to draw the first blood after getting rid of Danish. mix of pace from the pacers did not allow the Larkana batters to settle. Despite some odd boundaries in the middle, they were lagging behind in the required run rate. Ultimately, a spirited bowling attack restricted them to 122 runs. They failed to get even half the sum that was asked. A gigantic victory for the Peshawar side and it helped them to leapfrog to the top of the table.

Batting heroics of Sahibzada Farhan and Iftikhar Ahmed helped Peshawar stockpile the highest total in National T20 i.e.248. The Larkana team's terrible fielding performance also contributed to this humongous total.
After losing the toss, the Peshawar Region were put to bat first and quickly scored 59 runs inside the powerplay. They lost their opener, Mohammad Haris, for 7 runs, but Sahibzada Farhan and Aamer Azmat put on a good 76-run partnership. After Azmat departed for 44, Iftikhar joined the party.
They formed a partnership of 140 runs and took ball-slamming to a different tier. Farhan (109 off 51) went on to rack a ton while Chachu remained unbridled on 76 (31).

Plenty of learning to be done for the Larkana Region while the Iftikhar Ahmed-led Peshawar Region take a long jump and reaches the top spot in the points table. The Larkana side could not even fetch half the total that was asked.
