ANDR won by 5 wickets
2:21 PM IST and Local Time: It got really tense at one stage but then Andhra Pradesh came through with all class at the right time to nail the chase.

Railways were put into bat first and they started off in the worst possible manner. They were reduced to 29/3 and soon 67/4 in 11 overs. Then runs were not coming at a rapid rate and to make matters worse they were losing wickets. Satyanarayana Raju with 3 and KV Sasikanth with 2 wickets were the key architects in Railways' early collapse. That is when the partnership Upendra Yadav and Ravi Singh came into play. They scored 98 runs as a pair to power the team to 165/4.

Andhra bowled an excellent last over and made sure the Railways didn't cross the 170-mark. They were restricted to 167/7. The chase started in a mixed fashion for the Andhra side. They were scoring at a rapid rate in the powerplay but lost three wickets too. They were 45/3 in 5 overs. Ashwin Hebbar held one end strong, and Penmetsa Raju aided him in that. They took the score to 104/3 and that's when Raju fell trying to be ultra-aggressive.

Singupuram Prasad joined Ashwin Hebbar, and they took the chase deep. At one point it became tricky when 30 were required off 3 overs. That is when Hebbar nailed two sixes to reduce some pressure. Though he got out next ball, Prasad made sure that the pressure never got to the Andhra side.

With some lusty blows in the end, he finished the game with 3 balls to spare. Hebbar (78), Raju (25) and Prasad (39*) were the top contributors off the chase. Rahul Sharma was the pick of the bowlers for his 2-34 in 4 overs. Another big win for the Andhra side and they climb up the ladder. Railways need to make sure their top order gives them more runs as once again they failed to impress.
