10:33 PM IST and 7:03 PM Local: That would be it, as Harare Bolts have made it over the line against Cape Town Samp Army in a tricky chase at Harare. But, thanks to George Munsey and Jimmy Neesham's unbeaten partnership of 64 runs, they have got a "W" from this affair.

After putting a total of 103 runs on the board, the Samp Army bowlers came out all guns blazing as they took the first three wickets in the first overs before taking one more in the fifth over of the game as Kennar Lewis, Shehan Jayasuriya, Dasun Shanaka, Sean Williams went back to the dugout.

Sabbir Rahman came to the middle but was sent back with a terrific run-out from the deep, as the Holts lost half of their side in six overs. Then came Munsey and Neesham together to the middle. The Kiwi was the first one to attack as they took on against the spinner, taking them in the leg side, i.e. on the shorter side on this venue.

With 39 runs needed off the last three overs, it was Munsey's turn to explode, and he did! He went berserk against Qais Ahmed, tonking 22 runs off him in the second last over. After that it became a mere formality as they chased down the target of 104 runs in 9.3 overs.
Catch of the Match:
Power hitter of the Match: George Munsey
Player of the Match: Richard Gleeson
Richard Gleeson(Player of the Match): "I think the pressure is on the bowlers here. My plan was to hit the lengths and bowl quickly. We prepared for the T10 and we got the win."
Rohan Mustafa (Losing Captain): "We started very well as Malan and Bennett started well but Gleeson bowled very well. In the later half, Munsey and Neesham played very well to take the momentum away from us."
Dasun Shanaka (Cape Town Samp Army Captain): "I am very pleased with the performance; experience helped us win. The new ball was skidding but it got easier when it got old. Credit to George Munsey and Jimmy Neesham! The pitch didn't much but I expected better pitch."
That will end our cover of this match from Zim Afro T10 2024. Do join us for the next game, as it's a triple header. For now, this is Arjun Bhalla, signing off, on behalf of my co-commentator Saptak Sanyal and scorer/analyst Raju Khariya. Until next time, cheers and good bye.
