West Zone were left with a mountain to climb as Urvil Patel and Shardul Thakur became the final pair at the crease, with 53 runs still required for victory. Urvil decided to take the attack to the bowlers with just one wicket in hand, but the gamble did not pay off. Nishant Sindhu trapped him LBW to bring the contest to an end.

The collapse continued for West Zone on Day 4 as North Zone needed just three wickets to complete a stunning comeback. Tanush Kotian was cleaned up by Abid Mushtaq very early in the day for a duck. Tushar Deshpande walked in ahead of Shardul Thakur, with the former needing to bat sensibly alongside recognized batter Urvil Patel. However, Deshpande went for a big shot and perished for 5, handing Mushtaq his fourth wicket.

North Zone resumed Day 3 on 107/4 and were eventually bowled out for 222, with Ayush Badoni making his third straight fifty-plus score and Nishant Sindhu contributing 44. West Zone's spinners, Tanush Kotian and Shams Mulani, claimed four wickets each. In the chase, West Zone lost Harvik Desai and Prithvi Shaw cheaply before Musheer Khan and Shivalik Sharma steadied things. Musheer then joined Ruturaj Gaikwad for a crucial stand, with Gaikwad scoring 66 and Musheer falling just four short of a century on 96. However, West Zone stumbled late, losing four wickets to slip from 195/3 to 220/7. They required 67 runs to win, while North Zone required three wickets, setting up a thrilling finish on Day 4.

Day 2 saw Abid Mushtaq take centre stage as West Zone collapsed from 60/2 to 70/5, with Mushtaq claiming a stunning five-wicket haul. Shams Mulani's 52 and Musheer Khan's 31 offered some resistance, but West Zone were bowled out for 187, giving North Zone a 64-run lead. North Zone then slipped to 41/3 in their second innings before Ayush Badoni and Abdul Samad rebuilt the innings. Badoni remained unbeaten on 39 alongside Kanhaiya Wadhawan (8*) as bad light ended play early, with North Zone on 107/4 and 171 runs ahead.

North Zone were in trouble early on Day 1 after opting to bat, but Ayush Doseja and Ayush Badoni steadied the innings before both fell after useful contributions. Anshul Kamboj then produced a superb 60 off 52 balls, though North Zone were eventually bowled out for 251, with Tanush Kotian (4/72) and Tushar Deshpande (4/57) leading West Zone's bowling attack. West Zone also struggled in reply, losing Prithvi Shaw for 22 and Harvik Desai for 3 to finish the day at 31/2.

Phew! What a thrilling quarter-final this has been between two quality sides. North Zone have produced an incredible comeback, but it is hard to believe how West Zone let this game slip from such a commanding position. They were 194/3 yesterday, needing just 93 runs to win with seven wickets in hand. From there, a needless run-out opened the door for North Zone, and they grabbed the opportunity with both hands. What followed was a stunning collapse as North Zone picked up West Zone's final seven wickets for just 39 runs, turning the game completely on its head and sealing a memorable victory.

And now, we move on to the final four! Central Zone will take on East Zone in the first Semi-Final, while South Zone will face North Zone in the second Semi-Final.
