6:00 PM IST, Local Time | Good evening and a damp welcome to the second match of today's double-header in DPL 2026 between Outer Delhi Warriors and North Delhi Strikers.

I am Anirudh Modi, and along with my co-commentator Darpan Tikiya and our scorer/analyst Chandan Kr Singh, will bring you the LIVE updates from this encounter!
Head-to-Head:

Outer Delhi Warriors 1-1 North Delhi Strikers
The previous game was washed out without a toss due to heavy rain in the capital city. The conditions haven't improved much, and we fear this game could meet the same fate.
6:28 PM IST, Local Time | Just like in the first match, the toss has been delayed due to inclement weather.
7:00 PM IST, local time: Nothing new to report. It continues to pour in Delhi. The entire ground, including the outfield is under covers. The floodlight towers have been switched off too. Yes, some lights in the stands are still on, but overall it is a murky picture. Something miraculous will have to happen to get play underway. The good thing is that there is plenty of time left. So, let's wait and watch.
7:41 PM IST, Local Time: It continues to be gloomy at the Arun Jaitley Stadium. No movement except the drops falling from the sky. The groundstaff appear to be removing some water from the centre cover onto the squares to protect the pitch.
8:10 PM IST, Local Time: The inevitable has happened. The second game of the day has also been abandoned! It has been a damp day in Delhi. Heavy rainfall throughout the day. East Delhi Riders and West Delhi Lions shared points earlier. Now, Outer Delhi Warriors and North Delhi Strikers share the points.
A day that will not go down in the history books of the DPL. With both matches abandoned, we can only hope that tomorrow will bring us some cricketing action. Hop tabs to join our coverage of other matches going on.

I am Anirudh Modi, signing off along with my colleagues Darpan Tikiya and Chandhan Kr Singh! See you at the next one.
