Deepak: That's the end of the first innings of the rain curtailed 1st T-20 match between West Indies and Bangladesh at Dominica and in fact that will be it for the game as a whole as it has been abandoned.
The match was reduced to 14 overs per side but now the Bangladesh inning is called off in 13 overs as it started raining again at Dominica and this will be the end of the Bangladesh inning. The host after winning the toss invited Visitors to bat first in the rain-curtailed match. Munim Shahriar (2 of 3balls) and Anamul Haque (16 of 10) came out to open the inning for Bangladesh and lost their first wicket in the very 3rd ball of the inning as Munim Shahriar departed scoring 2 runs.
Shakib Al Hasan joined Anamul Haque in the middle and played some good shots but could not settle in the middle as they kept losing wickets one after other. And visitors were struggling at 60 runs on board at the loss of 5 wickets. Nurul Hasan played some good shots in the end and added some valuable runs to the scorecard and Bangladesh ended up scoring 105 runs in 13 overs at the loss of 8 wickets.
Romario Shepherd was the pick of the bowlers with a three-wicket haul conceding only 21 in his three overs. Hayden Walsh jr. picked up a couple of wickets and was electric in the field. Akeal Hosein bowled a tidy spell and no Windies bowler finished wicketless as Obed McCoy and Odean Smith also chipped in with a wicket each.
