An unbeaten 62-run stand between Anshul Kamboj (37*) and Manav Suthar (20*) for the 8th wicket was key in taking the game away from the clutches of the Proteas as Tiaan van Vuuren (3/56) bowled an inspired spell to bring the visitors on top of the game.
Set a total of 275 runs to win, India A lost their top 3 for 32 runs yesterday with opening bowlers Tshepo Moreki (2/33) and Okuhle Cele (1/64) doing the damage. Rajat Patidar (28) and Rishabh Pant (90) added 87 runs for the 4th wicket and helped the Indian side to recover.
After Patidar was dismissed late on day 3, Pant added 53 runs for the 5th wicket alongside Ayush Badoni (34) but both the batters were dismissed on the 4th morning allowing SA-A to get ahead in the game for a little while before the Kamboj-Suthar partnership took the game home.

Ayush Mhatre scored 65 in India A's response with the bat taking them closer to the Proteas total but Prenelan Subrayen's 5/61 ensured South Africa A had got the lead in the first innings. Kotian picked up 4 wickets again in reply with Kamboj claiming 3/39 to skittle SA-A for 199 to set a total of 275 to win. A total India A successfully chased on the 4th afternoon.
